Warranty and Returns
Warranty
The craftsmen at Uroboros are focused on making world class glass products. While minor variations in color and structure normally occur during the hand forming process, these are narrowly controlled to provide extra interest and character for the user, not surprises. Each product passes through multiple inspection checks prior to packing. In case we've missed something in our quality control process, Uroboros warrants that its products are without structural or visual defects that make them unusable for the purpose intended. We will replace products that, in our opinion, fall outside our acceptable limits.
Returns
If a product has been damaged in shipping, save the packaging and immediately report the problem to the carrier. The best time for this is before the driver leaves. If you suspect damage because of damage to the box, photograph the box before and after opening. Ask the driver to wait long enough for you to open the box to check the contents.
If you suspect that a product made by us has a manufacturing defect, or is very different than what you expected, please save all packaging and labeling and contact Uroboros immediately. We will need your description and photos of the issue and possibly a sample of the product sent to us for our review. We will make a prompt analysis and if we determine that the product is defective, we will replace it at our expense as quickly as practical.
